Missed classes due to illness and other reasons can have a makeup class within one month of the missed class. Dancers must enroll online for the make up class or contact the office to inform them of the class that they would like to attend.
CHANGING OR TERMINATING CLASSES
If you would like to change classes, ask or remove a class, or completely terminate dance classes, you can do so through your online account. In order to be removed from financial obligations, we must receive your intentions to stop classes in writing.
Student Drop Off
Students should arrive at least 10-15 minutes before class and be picked up within 10 minutes after class. Dancers are NOT allowed to stand outside the building waiting for a ride. Small children need to be escorted to and from the studio. Please do not encourage your dancers to find you out in the parking lot. Dancers need to arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts. We are not responsible for dancers that arrive too early or are not picked up on time.
Dancers are placed according to age and ability. If your child is more advanced, a higher level of class may be needed to strengthen the dancer’s ability and give them a challenge. In most cases, dancers are with others their own age.
Students are expected to arrive to class on time, in proper attire. If a student is continuously tardy, he/she may be asked to change classes to a more convenient time.
For liability purposes, parents are not allowed to sit in dance rooms. Master Dance Academy has provided 2-way viewing windows for parents and guests to enjoy watching their children dance without distracting the students during class.
Attendance will be monitored each month. We encourage consistent attendance as this promotes a strong work ethic and will give each dancer the best results in regards to training.
TUMBLE TRACK ROOM:
Students and parents are not to be in this area without proper supervision by one of our tumble coaches. There will be an absolute no tolerance rule. Before attending a class in this studio whether it is aerial silks or power tumbling each member will be asked to read and sign the provided waiver. This is for your children and your own safety and security.
In the event of your child is ill, please keep them home from class in order to reduce the chance of spreading the disease. If a dancer is injured, they are encouraged to observe the class.
